Iv been with 02 for about 18 months. It has always been fast and usually runs between 7-9MB when I test it.

They have a free customer service number (which is awesome), the have a free online hlep chat screen where they can remote into your computer to help you.

Oh and your router will be better that the standard probably, but you may aswell test both.

Also any problems - their customer service is very good and they know the answer to everything about the service and are very good at helping you set things up.

Thanks for that you're the first person I have heard from with any history to go by. I was just a little put off when (at the request of my current ISP) I asked the O2 guy about their fair use policy and he became very agitated.

Not sure about usage policy - I think mine is unlimited (?!?) although if it isnt, iv never had any problems with it - and I use the net alot and do lots of downloading.

Highly recommended though - my speed is 10 times faster than before when I had crappy 3 mobile broadband!

Customer services are great and I have had no reliability problems either!

Been with them since July (no free months but £70.00 cashback, which been paid already) no problems, excellent customer service, even get texts when they knew there was a problem with my exchange. Now got a cheap o2 PAYG mobile to get cheaper rate. My internet speed 3x quicker than with Tiscali. Can only recommend, whole transfer process quick and easy.

Anyone having problems with their direct debit/adress details when applying online? If you try three times, it locks you out. I don't want to apply over the phone since I won't get the cashback reward from quidco. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you.
