Carla ladel off some of the sauce into a pan and either ad some butter/flour mixed together and cook it out a bit or just reduce it down :)

rmac all that talk of curry ....... i made it for dinner yummmmyummmmm x

I've got Beef Madras that I made the other week when I was batch cooking - I turned a £12 topside joint of beef into 14 portions of either Casserole or Madras and it was bl00dy lovely - has casserole last night! :money:

In fact, my £160 monthly shop that I did over the August bank holiday weekend is still going strong - gonna stick with this batch cooking lark. Let's hope next time I get to cook all the meat before it goes off!

Feelie - if you saw HV at the GP surgery then it's the surgeries responsibility to make sure the scales are calibrated each year. They could wear a bag of sugar to see if they are weighing OK.

Carla - Flour but make sure you stir it! I got lumpy white bits the last time I tried it! Last night I used gravy granuls to thicken up my casserole a bit.

Been discharged from MW :j Was the sour faced one that did Parentcraft - she's not got vey good people skills at all!

However, she did say that I might need to move Jack up to the next stage of milk because he drinking loads at the moment and still hungry!!!
He's not been a happy bunny today - I think he misses the MSE girls!

Oh yes - I nicknamed him Guzzler Boy :rotfl:

He was on 90ml but I upped it to 120ml on Tuesday last week so upping it again would be 150ml

He drinks the whole 120ml I would say 95% of the time.
