Just had a quick catch-up after a peaceful hour of playing computer games with OH to wind down some - on way to bed so no time to post responses to much, but - thanks Emlou - to an extent, yes, it's true and I worry about it, no she hasn't seen anyone and is not keen to, and to an extent it's maybe worth bearing in mind that I use here to rant/vent
so you may not be getting a fully balanced perspective based on my posts
might post more on this note tomorrow maybe. It does concern me sometimes.
Bruno - I haven't read back today sorry (I will do so in a mo but I will be pumping so will be mono-syllabic for a while)
Please read this in the best possible light but I sometimes wonder if you are a little too hands on as a daddy and that Elijah may get mixed messages from the two of you running things like bedtime and naptime together. Adding to Elijahs confusion when he get different vibes from each parent.
Maybe just 'leaving them to it' sometimes would be of benefit. Personally, if we are having a stressy day having my hubby 'breathing down my neck, watching every move I make' just winds me up more and makes me less able to cope
I know we spend all our time moaning that our hubbys aren't hands on enough but I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Will I get 'looks' if I have Chris in the main bit of my pram?
You've been to one! In the park remember, Chris was in the pram and I don't think anyone gave you looks! You don't have to possess a sling but if you could at least have a play with some that would be brilliant, just to put the sling in sling meet!
Parking Golden Square as Sami says (although I put the s in mse and will be parking in Tesco where it's free but I'll have to walk for a bit!)My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »:shhh: I have a carrier thingie that we don't use :shhh: I am just going for the [STRIKE]kisses[/STRIKE] gossip
You kiss Krystal, at thr sling meet we fondle (while putting on slings....)
Right bedtime, good luck at work tmrw Ladybird :-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
Sami - if you're still about.......i'm planning on a trip to Warrington B&Q Warehouse (WA2) before sling meet. (The only wallpaper I liked, my B&Q had one roll of! And its not orderable!)
How far is that, from where we're meeting?
I don't mean in metres! (I know what you're like) But what time do I want to be leaving B&Q to get to Golden Square for 12?:beer:0 -

Carla, I have the single twister XTS that we bought for DS2 as a special needs buggy (he was a bit big for other buggies). I love it. Downsides are that is it heavy (but very very sturdy) and the tyres are blow up and so get punctures oh and the clip thing to keep it together when folded is a bit of a fiddle, but I never bother using it to keep it together when folded, it just gets slung in the boot. But it is large and roomy, very sturdy, great off-road due to the suspension and a 3 wheeler.Buttonmoons wrote: »oh hang on maybe that's it, I can't stand to eat "dry" things by themselves, Hence why I have saucy things mostly or douse chips ad things in ketchup, and I can quite easily drink 5 cans of diet coke (or water or squash....) with my meal, I take a big slurp after every bite really, stop the dryness congealing in my throat and strangling me
:D:D:D
i think we are almost the same person!!!!!Buttonmoons wrote: »Hey what could I do with the pita breads? They are packs of 4 or 6? Plus they are value ones, so they go kinda stale once you defrost them. OH would take 2 for lunch but could you use the others in a main meal somehow? Maybe like sausage, with fried onions sorta thing?
I really am rubbish making up my own recipes have no initiatve at all!Carla-Farla!!
