ETA: Oh and I saw a very brave/daring lady with a baby in a travel system pram, plus a 2/3 year old, plus a massive trolley packed full of huge boxes of nappies and usual shopping, pushing it all round on her own and yelling after the toddler.. _pale_ I can barely manage a full trolley on my own!
in a packed asda on a sunday!?!

but.... she must of had her car (huge amount of shopping) so, why didn't she do what I did and use the baby/toddler combo trolley

I'd hope so cos I dread to think how she was going to get it home otherwise! There were plenty of those trolleys - I saw them when I went to fetch one of the single baby ones.

Incidentially, how do you get baby from the car into a trolley if the trolleys are in front of the store? Today, I left OH unstrapping Rhys whilst I went to fetch the trolley, but how do you do it on your own? :o (I'm terrible at working out the logistics of these things!)

ETA:  Suppose you could just carry baby to the trolley... :o

  • Anybody know how many nappies come in the ginormous boxes of pampers that Asda have for £12 at the minute? I got Caitlyn a couple of boxes of size 4 on the 2 for £18 but rather typically, the last few nights she's not pee'd quite so much, so I'm wondering if I should get some more size 3s in...

    Nice bush Weezl
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Caitlyn did that the other day Emlou... Sure I've got a photo somewhere... She was more slumped forward and to the side though lol...

    tee hee kristal;)

tonight we have had success with a swede and carrot mash with a little cream mixed in to make it a bit more energy rich. We also bought fergie one of those feeders that erin has, with the mesh. He's eaten 3 prunes in it today :)

He is not the most advanced baby though, regularly gripping the mesh and sucking ravenously at the handle!:D
