Have I been stupid all this time? We've never done skin to skin cuddles since leaving the hospital :o Do they really work?

Btw, just realised, as of last Friday Rhys has finally spent more of his life at home than in hospital :D Been home nine weeks today :j

i had to leave him crying last night cos dog wouldnt go out alone in the rain... he'd been doing so well...

got a question... nappies. plan on going on to reusables soon... when i;m in the swing of things... unil then - at least once a day Alf will pee and it'll leak out the back... why is this? what am i doing wrong??
did it this morning while feeding on my bed... so now got extra washing to do... gggrrr!
either his winky was pointing that way or maybe the nappy was a bit loose?

huggies... tried pampers but the liquid poop seemed to soak through quite quickly?

he's never in them long... poops too often!

have put him in 2nd size this morning as they go higher up- maybe that will work?

or should i try pointing his winky in another direction?

    Yay - well done Mr 3 :j

Had a great morning. Saw lots of dinosaurs and Charlotte liked the oviraptor best so we had to keep going back to see it. She's done some water experiments, held a millipede, saw some stick insects, held a tarantula, swung like a gibbon and driven a tuk tuk. Now she's knackered and trying hard not to fall asleep in her sandwich :D
Here I go again on my own....

Ohh, I've seen those in Mothercare - for more £££s tho, I think. "..up to 18kg.." - ha, that'll do Rhys til he's three then!

ETA: Doh, just realised an average three year old could well be 18kg :o Note to self.. google first! :(

What a brave girl Charlotte is but doesn't she know you are supposed to stamp on such beasties?
