You're welcomefeelinggood wrote: »Oh, and I've been exclusively breastfeeding for 5 months! Only 3% of babies are EBF at 5 months so I'mincreibly proud!
Jolly good show Feelie and Toby! That really is a cracking acheivement you should be incredibly proud of yourself! (btw at 6 months I think it drops to 1% so go Feelie and Toby!) btw Sami I think it's half the national average in our part of the country so your warm glow of pride can be slightly warmer :-) Go Team Boobies! :Tfeelinggood wrote: »From what I've read, Izzy is at a common age for nursing strikes. I read that too (I think it was on kelly mom) a nursing strike stops suddenly, self weaning is gradual. Well done on latching Izzy and much pom pom shaking for Ladybird!
Happy Birthday and cheery thoughts ofr tmrw Elliot, where are you taking him Keely?
Well done Mr 3!
And welcome to m2mg
Time to go, Celia was attempting to get at the computer to help type and when it didn't work she laid down on the floor and looked pathetic!
oooh before I forget, Button/Keira, I HAVE BLOOD! I cut my finger on something and am considering a massive bandage to see if I can get sympathy ;-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -

In which case my child must be feeling like the most loved and secure little thing in the whole world right now.:o
I keep thinking I want to stop BF, it just seems like I have gone back to those first few weeks when she was constantly attached to me. Im also starting to get those niggling feelings again that maybe i'm not producing enough. Shes only on 25th centile anyway and has been from birth so she cant afford to lose weight. But I know in my heart i'll regret it if i stop, its just getting me down a bit.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -

You do have enough milk! She is probably upping your supply a bit for you, in a couple of days you will wonder what you were worried about... She's not going to lose weight by feeding often... Do you know, in a couple of weeks, breastfeeding will become so second nature you don't even notice you're doing it, let alone how often / long you do it for!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
