Just to keep everyone updated - I still haven't got the car!! Apparently there has been a "small electrical problem" with the alarm system on it, so Ford are fixing that, but are confident of getting it delivered to me beginning of June - so I hope to be getting the registration details shortly.
When I asked for clarification, I was told it was a new car that hadn't been driven, although had been used for some promotional photo shoots, etc, at the time of the Thunderbirds film launch. I've been cheeky and asked if there are any photo shoot pictures spare - just on the off chance!0 -
Great , sounds like it should be good. Ask if they have any digital pictures as that would send the bids higher on ebay. LOLNice to save.0

Still no sign of it. I've had a couple of photos through - although they are just what Ford have taken, not promo ones. Last I heard, they'd done a thorough check up and were waiting for registration documents to come through from their head office.
I'm hoping to get it BEFORE the end of summer! :rolleyes:0 -

The lowest bid auctions are those with a yellow bidding box - the ones with a blue box are the traditional "highest wins" auctions. There are a few on at the moment - a couple of weekend breaks/holidays, a pair of trainers and a Nintendo DS. They generally tend to stay there for several days, as opposed to the normal auctions which can last anything from 2 minutes to a whole month!0 -
thanx, i'll get bidding. Do i get my kash back if I dont win?0
-
Yes. What I tend to do is wait until there are only a few hours left, and then put a bid in - just in case something nice pops up on the normal auction and I don't have enough points because they're all allocated to lowest bid auctions. If that makes sense!
As soon as you bid on a lowest bid auction, that amount of points comes off your total - if you don't win, the points are put back on.0
