I won a Car (or a Ka!!)

... and it's sooooo damn sexy. I love it. It arrived about an hour ago and I've been driving around in it. It's soooo cool - every time someone does a double take I can't help grinning! What I need now is a decent windfall so I can afford to keep it!
I've put a couple of extra pics on the website - unfortunately it's a bit of a hectic day today here at Stumpy Towers, so I'll get some more later of the interior and (when I've read the instructions!) with the top down. :T:T
I'm off to pick my little boy up from nursery soon - can't wait to see his face when he sees it! (and he'll probably be rather pleased at the free "teddy" I received as well!).:D
Ooops - forgot to upload the pics!! They'll be there soon, honest!0 -
WOW STUMPY CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
I am so jealous it is untrue!!!!
Have fun in your pink car, are you going to keep it now???? I think if youc an afford it you should hun, a pink car is cool :j0 -
by the way http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/ have a great collection might be worth a call to them and see if they are interested!! If they are and they buy it i will pop down and see it!!!! lol and think to myself this is stumpys car!!!0

LOL. Actually I really wish I could afford to - and it really surprised me when it arrived - my husband said "what a lovely little car" - up until now he's been of the opinion that it was a floozies car. I think because some of the pictures don't really do it justice. It isn't a bright pink car, it's just the right shade of pink!
Edit - I tried Beaulieu but they weren't interested - very helpful though - they sent me a list of various museums around the country. Never knew there were so many!
Unfortunately, the one that I thought might be most interested was a Ford Motor Museum, but I've been unable to contact them - I've had two addresses - one from their website and one from the list Beaulieu sent, but neither work.

I suppose I could write or phone them - I might do a letter, I'm not very good at talking to people (surprisingly!) - especially when I'm trying to "do a deal". The e-mail address just returns a "timed out" error message.0 -
