Splitting The Forum (Debate house prices board)

I was wondering if it would be useful to split the forum into Men and Women Only sections? To separate the worthy economic and houseprice discussion, and sport obviously, into one section, and then leave a smaller section for the Ladies?

They would be free within certain limits to discuss a variety of topics. One of the male members could be a board guide for the Ladies section.
