Hi this is a good question .
PPI program measures the average change over time in the selling prices received by domestic producers for their output. The prices included in the PPI are from the first commercial transaction for many products and some services.
So in my point of view if some PPI compineis are injusticing with many people so my site shows the justice and my site is www(dot)missoldppiclaims(dot)net.
Thanks.0 -

Can any one help. I started a ppi claim following a tv ad. I called the company and said I was pretty sure I had never taken out ppi as we have always been self employed and knew it would not cover us. They persuaded me to give it a go any way. This was a few weeks ago and I have now rec'd notice that they want to charge £85 per case for a cancellation fee. They are saying this was in the terms I signed which I stupidly must not have read but at no point did they point this out (much like ppi!!)
Has any one else experienced this and what did you do0 -

Hi Deborah
I would contact the Claims regulation (ministry of justice) and complain to them.
Also it may be worth trying to get a copy of the phone call made to you when the claims company forced you into having a go.
To contact the above:
http://www.justice.gov.uk/claims-regulation
http://www.justice.gov.uk/contacts/cmr
Explain this to them, and ask if they can help, because you are not happy with how this has been dealt with.
Hopefully others in here will have more opinions and help you on this matter shortly.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
