If you actually read the new rules and regulations they are going to take action agasint fraudlent buyers who try and take advantage of the new system. In fact if you were a clever seller you could use it to get a buyer thrown off.0

I have received my email today, and according to Ebay I have 5 1 or 2 DSR's for item not as described. I have 100% feedback, and not one buyer has ever mentioned the item not being as described.
The max is 3, so suppose I will now have lowered placements in listings. Every mail I get from them makes me more sick of them
I don't mind being penalised for something, but I have no idea what I have done, and I do remember a comment on here some time ago from a buyer saying that sometimes she gives a '1' just to see what happens to a sellers DSR. All you need is a few like that one, and you're suspended :mad:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I'm absolutely sick of this. I post every single parcel next working day, often on Saturdays too yet my dispatch time is 4.57. What do these people expect, blood?
Small sellers made Ebay the company it is and now they are just not interested. If ebay turns into another "Amazon" type company which it seems to want to be I won't be shopping there, I'll be shopping on Amazon instead! Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

Have done it for the past few months, but these seem to go back to Feb this year.
I have been on ebay for 8 years, and stupidly thought that if someone left glowing feedback, then they were happy. Not much point in looking at the expanded dashboard as there's naff all you can do about it :mad:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I have been clearing out cupboards & wardrobes as we are down sizing and starting everything off at 99p as it is free and adding P&P on but I wondered if I would be better adding the P&P on to the 99p and starting it higher as I have all 0 apart from a 1 in P&P?
I most likely will have another 60 items to sell and then will go back to being a buyer.0 -
Do I read it right that the max 1&2's only apply if you have completed less than 400 transactions (not sure if that is 400 sales or 400 buying / selling).0

Don't mean to be harsh, but if 5 people think that the item that arrived is not what was described in your listing, then you might want to look at the clarity of your listings.0
