Ah that's a shame. I was delayed in sending the message as my neighbour called round whilst i was part way through the instructions.
But keep trying, Sky do put returned tickets back into the pot and it is possible that more tickets may be released. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I have tickets for Nanny McPhee on sunday and was going with my sister and her kids, however I now can't go. Does it matter if its my name on the print out but i'm not actually there- ie do they check ID nowadays. this hasn't been an issue for me in the past but it's been nearly a year since I've been to a free screening :Owhen the first cup of coffee tastes like washing up she knows she's losing it0

I don't understand why we need to know where the tickets are for. They aren't on offer:(0 -

Who issued the tickets? If it is SFF or TellTen you can email them and they will send back an automatic reply stating that the bearer of the ticket can use it.

You could put the name of film is subject line and name of your sister so that it will be on the email when it is handed into cinema. TBH it is rare for ID to be asked for but you might want to be prepared.:)0 -

I think in this case though, the tickets aren't on offer. The poster stated she specifically couldn't go, not her sister and her kids, who I assume she will want to be able to go, hence asking the question about whether it matters about the name being on the ticket.0
