Will try n catch repeat just so I can comply with suggestion. lol

Speaking of Johnny Vegas, I've applied for a ticket to see him at a theatre in St Helens. A tv programme being recorded. Will be v lucky to get a ticket as its a name out of hat lottery due to amount of applicants.

I found it very funny in places and even though it's ultimately about a serious subject, it handled in a light-hearted manner. It isn't laugh out loud until you cry material.

I didn't see the preview of The Town because it clashed with The Hole but it seems to have got mixed reviews from those who did attend the preview.

Thank you :) my friend wants to see Dagenham, so we'll see that one :D

I really must be tired today! The film that clashed with The Hole was Winter's Bone. I have tickets to see The Town on Sunday n Monday

I saw it yesterday too but I missed most of it as I needed to make a call then text messaging. Sounds like I didn't miss out on much. Thankfully, I didn't pay, I used a Cineworld code. I did think it had a very odd start though.

Whilst i was waiting for my lift home, a woman and her two daughters came out and said they didn't like the way The Last Exorcism started and could they go in to see something else. They were allowed to and after checking the list of films about to start they saw Cyrus instead.

it was a toss up between TLE and cyrus, which we'd chose the latter now. i kinda have a feeling all the funny bits from cryus may be in the trailer aswell... hmmmm
  • CYRUS - THIS POSTING CONTAINS SPOILERS

Hey GB, my thoughts exactly on my way to see cyrus a while back. But i liked the film's very dark humour...did you notice the jumpy camera style too, i thought that helped with the 'uneasy feeling' of the super closeness between mother and son.

I forgot where I was when the son showed off his music and later mouthed the words "f** y**" while hugging his mum and let out a few loud "so cool"s and "tee hee"s

I noticed a few people leaving mid-screening. Wasn't sure if they didn't like the film or just got fed up with my evil cackling
