You seem to think that if an adult thinks its okay, then everything is fine.
To check whether an adult is exercising their responsibility:
cinema staff are required to use their discretion to establish whether this is indeed the case.
Such as look at a 4-year old and say I don't think that The Hole 3D is going to be suitable for you, if the parent hasn't been a responsible person.
This is what Pooch is trying to say. The film is not recommended for under 12's according to BBFC.
HTH
Good God, I said nothing whatsoever about whether I think it's right that a 4-yr-old should see it! I was merely stating the law regarding the 12A certificate.
Poochface clearly said that the cinema was breaking the rules by admitting 4-yr-olds, and in this she is incorrect. No big deal, but it's wrong.0 -
This is what Poochface said...
"The cinema shouldn't have allowed 4 year old children in to see that film, it's a 12A and whilst it's a freebie, they do need to stick to the BBFC certification."
Perfectly clear. And wrong.

BBFC certificates are a matter of law, not opinion...0 -

Opinion:
a belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produce complete certainty.
Opinions are subjective, and can be interpreted in many different ways.
I understand Pooch's perspective. You are fully entitled to disagree with her opinion, but that doesn't make her opinion wrong.

I've noticied this too. You need to click the tick box ABOVE the cinema you want to see
Hope this helps0
