I'm out for rest of the day now so can't do a lot but it sounds like there's a cookie been left on your 'puter from first time you tried. Try rebooting then follow my instructions or try using another browser - for instance FireFox if you normally use Explorer or if you know how to, you could look for and delete the cookie.
Good luck

against the rules or "unadvisable" as the people that have been saying this only quote the "unadvisable" quote from the rules.
I dont see why it bothers people so much. I would rather give away the tickets tbh.

Looks like Sky have changed the format for claiming Sky Rewards, which are intended for Sky customers only. As a Sky Movies subscriber, it has been pretty frustrating not being able to claim free preview tickets because non-subscribers have got there first. However, yesterday I got tickets for Tinkerbell hours after the code had been released.
Not wishing to sound antagonistic, non-subcribers should be grateful for the freebies they've had at the expense of Sky Movies subscribers.
However, in all honesty, I would have claimed these tickets if I could, if I wasn't a Sky Movies subscriber. The fault lies with Sky, but now appears to be rectified.0 -

I appreciate that fully and I would understand if the offer for non-sky customers was withdrawn. Good luck to all subscribers.0 -

It is against the rules of Mse to offer, swap, gift or sell tickets. Please read the first post of this thread.
I've just spent the last few minutes deleting request & offering of tickets despite me pointing out twice in the last week that it is not allowed.
If anyone has a problem with this rule please email [Removed by Forum Team]
Thanks

Assuming you booked through Sky; If you have 1 ticket for 4 people, I'm not sure you can cancel/change it to 1 ticket for 2 people, FAQ's don't give much info for this:
http://www.media-promotions.com/skytv_ticket_booking/faqs.htmlHow do I cancel my tickets?
If you make a mistake on your booking or you can no longer make the screening, please cancel your tickets. The easiest way is to follow the link in your email as this contains all of the required information. Otherwise you can cancel tickets by Clicking Here. You will need your Booking ID number which is an 8 digit number found on your ticket and in your confirmation email. If you lose this number you can retrieve it in the booking page by clicking Retrieve.
but you could ask at extras@bskyb.com.0
