Some of these sites use Facebook and Twitter but you'll find that info on the relevant sites if you want to sign up to those too.

If you are already registered with them it means it is quicker for you to claim tickets. Some codes come courtesy of film magazines such as Total Film and newspapers like The Times/Sunday Times. The Telegraph is another one to sign up to

If you have a look at the codes only thread (which can be found in the same forum as this discussion thread but it is always at the top of the first page) you will see that the latest code is for a preview of The A Team. Manchester is included but even though the tickets have all gone at the moment, keep trying the code because people return tickets and also more tickets do get released.

I remember a few years ago there was a mystershopping site called Cinecheck, where you were assigned to check out movieposters, adverts & trailers for a particular film - but were able to stay & watch the film aswell. So not not did you get to see the film for free, but you also got paid for it!

I only ever saw one film with them. I had forgotten about them & I've just gone to check on their website to see what's currently going on, and seen there website is no longer up. Anyone know whats's happened with them - have they changed their name/website? or gon out of business etc.? Anyone know of any other cinema mystery shopping sites?

I used to do that for FirstMovies. It was fun!! Got to see quite a few films and would usually do it after a day at uni. Good times

Yes I have been. I know this is very sad but I have been logged into my Sky perks every day while at work and keep checking to see if any have been cancelled. I guess us Brummies love our childrens pet films lol. Here is an update of the tickets available if it helps anyone:

Quick update-Southampton has now SOLD OUT of tickets for Cats and Dogs,just checked on Sky website,would have been great for my lot.Boo hoo.
