    A Team , panton street.
Completely full and people turned away however it WAS a small screen.
Fun movie in much the same vein as Knight & Day. Could have been so much more. BA finds religion at one point in the movie which left me wondering...FOOL.
Some funny moments but could have been many more
My friend helped by tripping over someone at the very front row and getting a round of applause in the process...

p.s. Saw Inception again on weekend at the IMAX. Noticed a lot more second time round

No doubts that this film is gonna age like a good wine...it's up there with The Matrix

I think what occurs in some cinemas is just as entertaining as the films themselves. The atmosphere in most screenings is very good. I like to observe (okay, more to listen to) the interaction of the movie audience, and to see what evokes emotion (whether it be tears, laughter or revulsion - or admiration if CM is involved - lol). Now this really is for educational purposes (in trying to learn about multi-layering a plot), which I have to say I've learnt (and I feel I'll continue to learn) so much from Inception. Is that DVD out yet???

Saw this last night at the Vue in Islington. Didn't really know what to expect, so started with low expectations:D. It was a bit slow to start, but I enjoyed it... more to the point, my aunty did too, could hear her laughing out loud. THANK GOD, as she didn't like Inception, when we went last week.

Thanks to Poochface, who I think is invaluable to this site, for getting us the tickets!

The screening was really small which was a shame. I think it might have been better on a bigger screen.

The man who fell got a round of applause, not your friend! I know because i was one of the people that clapped haha

Does anyone know if any codes come up for east yorkshire region (Hull) or point me in a direction where I can look for some as I'd be most appreciated.

A search of the EXPIRED PREVIEW CINEMA TICKETS thread

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/568559

finds the word HULL a plentiful 180 times

Watched The Notebook yesterday evening. It didn't start until way over time. Peeps must've been enjoying a girlie night out - some were way over-excited and more than likely been hitting the Sherry bottle - lol. One (of the let's just say 'Cheery Squad') in particular started to launch into full blown (and loud) commentary every time something happened on screen, such as 'doesn't James Garner look really old?' I would be more concerned if he had looked younger than I imagined (she was obviously making reference to how he looked in The Rockford Files). Doesn't the ageing process just make you look more distinguished, in that you earn your stripes (which I have happily acquired a few).

I sat thinking am I ever going to get to hear a word of the movie. Then due to the poor soundproofing in the building (it's one of those Arthouse cinemas), the music from the Inception screening was also booming above (which I love so much, I just had to listen - then my mind started to think over the plot with every bit of music that occurred - yes, I admit I've been listening to the soundtrack and know where each track occurs in the movie, and even know the names of the tracks - lol. 'Time' being a firm favourite).

Despite this, I managed to watch (and actually listen, thank goodness) to the movie. Now, I wasn't as bad as someone who was crying so much they needed to stifle their sobs in a hankie), but I did have a tear (or two) in my eyes at the end. Although predictable, the 1940's setting and the costumes were devine, and the story was warm and fuzzy (which was nice).

I went to see The Notebook last night too. Oh my! *sob, sniff* :o It's a shame your cinema experience wasn't particularly good though. Have you read the book? I'm wondering whether to give it a go.
