If you booked through Tell Ten, they will send you a reminder email a couple of days before the screening. The email will contain a link for you to print ticket from.

Yet again, one of my friends has decided she won't come to see The A Team with me tomorrow, which is fair enough but it's annoying that there is a wasted ticket. She's done this to me before, so I started to get one ticket as I meet other friends at the cinema and even so it doesn't bother me to go alone, after all I'm not there to chat but then she was put out that I went to see a particular film that she would have liked to have seen. As if I'm a mind-reader!!

It would be helpful if you could choose how many tickets you wanted to return rather than cancelling the whole booking. Oh well, on the plus side I'll have somewhere to put my bag!:D

You're welcome. In the FAQ it also gives you an email address so you can contact them if you have any other problems.

You will get another opportunity to print the tickets when you receive the confirmation email the day before the screening. If you still experience problems contact help@seefilmfirst.com. Add administration@seefilmfirst.com to your email address book to ensure you get email offers and online help.

Just to let you know that for some strange reason my tickets and reminders have been going into my spam folder! So keep an eye out in case that happens to you. I nearly had a fit when I deleted my spam only to see my tickets disappear one day! But thankfully, I use another email address for my tickets and they automatically forward to my day to day email account. So I still had the original in the other account but of course I will receive the reminder nearer to screening. But it still made my stomach churn!:money:
