I cant sleep so i thought i would just do a quick update here as so much has happened with our mortgage rescue this last week. I will be back on over the next couple days to fill in more detail but we have hit another potential stumbling block and I am seeking advice from a few sources before I post too much as i need to know what I post is accurate about this scheme!!

Just briefly we had the survey done and the valuation and had a meeting with the housing association. All looking ok so far. This stumbling block concerns liability shortfall, so when I know more I will be back!!!!

Thanks to all for the support, I feel like I have aged 10 years in my quest to go through mortgage rescue :(

    Hi Angie

Sorry I too have been a lurker and never really posted anything on your thread as not much I can offer, but I just want to know you have really fought a long hard battle and I am sure there will be a positive end in sight.

I know it's hard to keep positive - but have a hug and know that we are all here 100% behind you.

    Good luck hun

Angie im following this thread closely, we were in a similar position and were going to pursue the mortgage rescue route, as at the time we met the criteria - now we dont as hubby gained employment and mortgage now affordable. But i know how hard the process is and how long winded it is.

Hope it all goes your way, wishing you all luck xxxx

Well what can I say but a huge thankyou to everyone :A who has posted messages of support to me. I am overwhelmed at everyones kindness, thank you.

I always thought I was fairly alone on this thread as I know Mortgage Rescue is not a well known scheme and I knew many people would not have an interest or know too much about it to answer my constant queries and problems I have had along the way. I was so happy to see all your messages of support and I am not ashamed to admit I have been a bit tearful :o

As I said in my earlier post we have come across another hurdle but I have been able to approach a few different sources that are looking into it for us. As soon as I have some more information I will share the problems, in case I am helping others out there who are going through MRS as well.

I will update again soon, but just had to reply and again say thanks to everyone for their kindness.
