Forgive me if I am missing anything.
Its just from what you have put Im not too sure what you are asking.
Have you mortgage, secured loan arrears and in danger of repossession of your home?
Maybe have a look through this Citizens Advice link on the Mortgage Rescue Scheme (MRS) for information that might be relevant -

You could try giving Shelter a look or call, they are free and know their stuff.

If you are at risk of losing your home best to get immediate specialist advice preferably from one of the free agencies.
If you do decide to give Shelter or any other agency a call always best to have all the relevant information at hand and set out excactly what you are asking having a pen and paper at your disposal.
Best wishes

Hello :hello:
Five days from now it will be 3 years since we completed the Mortgage Rescue Scheme, with alot of help from this site. We are 4 years into our BR too, it's passed so quickly!
Anyone out there passed the 3 year fixed tenancy mark yet ? If so what has your housing association done with your tenancy after this point? How have you found the whole process?
Any experiences would be welcomed
