Have you registered with your university? - payments often don't go through until registeration has been confirmed.

registered last tuesday did all the student finance stuff gave the barcoded original letter etc...

still have not had paper copy of financials detailing payments can only view it online as a GIF

I have recieved my first payment of this year. As expected.

If you have just started university i.e. first year, it usually takes longer to authorise.

I would wait until Wednesday, as it will have then been 5 days since you should have recieved it.

When you log into student finance account you should see next to the payment date submitted which means it sent to your bank for payment if it still says approved it has not been sent to bank for payment yet.

Have you enrol yet because you will not get paid until you have.

Yes OH has registered as I said above and handed in all info

I logged in online today and the correspondence section (one on many clickable links on left hand side) has disappeared totally ?
So I can no longer even see the GIF document detailing it ?

On the payments side it says approved but has not been paid even though it has a date of 31/08 ?

When you log in theres no links now for correspondence and no link to email a query and the contact us section has gone ?
So annoyed they have had this application since March and they are still im guessing checking with DWP that he is who he says he is its a bloody joke!

We never received the letter it said was posted last tuesday either rant rant rant

Cant get through on phone & the websites crashed again hopes to be back online 9pm today

Oh did I mention all my lost original documents they dont know wether they have or not !
