General rule of thumb is a Vent usually gets followed by a reply, bumping the thread up, a praise is usually only acknowledged and possibly "thanked" sinking the post to oblivion, so your less likely to find a praise on the first page of the thread.

Either that, or they receive an appropriate apology and/or compensation and then still have a whining rant anyway.

Furthermore, since the content of the forum is overwhelmingly negative, I feel that the word "praise" has undue prominence in the forum name. I suggest renaming it to "Vent, Warnings & Praise".

And I feel you have too much time on your hands.
