    Hiya :hello:

I've had a really productive day today. I got loads done. I finished the unpacking, had a bit of a whizz in DD2 & 3's room. So that looks a lot better, and I got loads done in our bedroom too. :j :j :j

We spent a couple of hours with our lovely neighbours, ( he's very ill just now, another one battling cancer. He had a football sized tumour removed 6 weeks ago  ) It was really good to sit and have a natter. :)

Right lovelies, I'm at work tomorrow, so I'll see you all laters.....

    Where is everyone tonight ?

Sorry, this is totally off topic but what the heck...

DS and I have been having fun (and frustrations!) with the new Monopoly City Streets online game. It's been seriously creaking under the strain of so many users trying to access it but we're in this evening. We've not gone for the big famous streets, but the streets close to home.

We ended up in tears of laughter this evening over one street in the town and Rach will know what and where I mean.

The first street I wanted to buy was a crescent shaped one around a crescent shaped park in the darkest part of town which Rach will know well. DS talked me through the buying process. It is a street that is known to be full of HMOs and rehabs etc. A particular social landlord with the initials D and W has a monopoly on the buildings in that area.

We just creased up when we found it had already been bought by someone under the username of D.....W...... Slums :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm still chuckling about it now.... And then DS did manage to get a chance card which enable him to build a prison on than street which will prevent that user from collecting rent. We are in double hysterics because of the bail hostels that are also in the area.

Boy, I've not laughed so much for a long time! :rotfl::rotfl:

I really must get a life.....

Flying wise, I have done general tidying up and washing up after dinner but not enough to earn a bedroom star for today

Soappie - glad you're having fun!

I've had a friend around so spent the evening chewing the fat in the kitchen whilst making a chocolate cake for DS1 to take into his work placement tomorrow as the men have said they might pay them if they bring in cakes!

Have also taken all the meat left on the chicken and frozen in gravy for chicken pie next week. Unloaded DW. Washed up from dinner. Given the cats their biscuits. Redressed the blister on DS1 hand. Cooked a pizza for DS1 to take in tomorrow cold for lunch.

Off to bed real soon but quite awake so will read for a bit.

    See you all tomorrow.

Living room and start putting Nan's photos in the Album is on the cards for me plus water the garden.
