Way to go Beks and soon to be Mr Beks:j
How I wish I had been a fly on the courtroom wall when the judge said a few choice words. Fancy not turning up to court..did he think that the court would automatically find in his favour..what an arrogant little twerp. Let's hope the bailiffs go in and take the lot and just leave him with the clothes he is wearing.
I didnt want to see Steph running naked down the street though..that was a sight for sore eyes:eek::rotfl:0 -
well done, great news, even greater when the money is back with you:DWeight Loss - 102lb0

Thank you all, we are over the moon!!!!
I have no idea why he did this, just goes to show what an eejit this man really is!!! What he hoped to achieve I really do not know as all he has managed to achieve is to look incompetent infront of the court!!! I think his main problem is that he is completely incompetent when it comes to paperwork and all this court business has just reaffirmed what we already knew with our wedding booking.
I was visibly shaking when we were waiting for court, every blad headed man I saw walking towards us, I thought was him. OH, bless him, tried to calm me down but he was getting quite angry at the thought of seeing him!!!
He cannot wriggle out of this one now (although the bailiffs still have to get the money back). We have no idea about time scales atm. We spoke to the bailiffs at court and they said the judge had to pass the papers onto them and then they would follow it through from where it was left. Knowing courts, it will be weeks still but I think I will sleep a little easier tonight and even though we dont have our money yet, I feel a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. We are in no different situation than when he failed to respond to the firts papers but somehow, I feel so much more relieved.0 -

So there is no way he can riggle out of it being unfair now? The bailiffs will get the money come hell or high water being bailiffs so....
