    like i say, there are ways and means about everything, after that situation I got some advice and found they could not chase me for the debt as the did not have the original CCA, after a few letters explaining I would not pay a further penny to them, I havn't heard a word :beer:

    they tried to screw me over and now they are the ones who have been screwed over as they won't receive a penny off me again.:rotfl:
