Pap have a look on ebay as you can pick up bulk balloons there. I have no idea about whether you have to have a licence, guess you need to make sure you're not near any airfields, pilons etc though!

Thanks Sally, I wil have a look on ebay. If I cant do the whole release thing I will just go for huge numbers I have found online. It will be done here, they have normal balloon releases and its in the middle of no where :rotfl:

Hmm dunno pap, why do you want to do it? Im just being nosey.

I know you can get the helium kits with the gas can and balloons in costco, maybe in your store too??? I don't know how many balloons the gas can will fill but it's bound to be cheaper than getting filled ones from hobby craft.

To celebrate a huge achievement. We used to sell them but not anymore. I have found a site that you can buy huge canisters from but I dont know I they will sell them to me? I guess I could ask

Thanks bookie, I was part of one in Bristol years and years ago but I wasnt involved in the orgainisation.

  • Pooky - you are ok up to 1000 balloons. I think we used Peeks who do smaller amounts including the gas.
