200ft is the same as 15 3-bed semis on top of each other
The monster hill I do is 300ft and I lose 2 minutes on each loop that includes it - but more importantly the second time is very bad on the legs because lactic acid builds up and you can easily get stuck in that slower pace and not speed up again - especially when tired...
Have you come out of the duvet :rotfl::rotfl:you can sniff running chat a mile off...:rotfl:
The timberhonger seemed to be one long hill all the way round...this one I know has a steep hill but its a hill with a start and a finish....am I making much sense...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

It is, but, who people gel with is engineered... literally. A sound guy can make anyone sound reasonable... ok, they can't polish a turd but they can mix to make someone sound better than someone else. You will notice that the judges sway public opinion too. Simon is out to make money, as much as possible. Last year in american idol is a perfect example. He knew that Adam Lambert would sell, a lot, Adam didn't need to win to make simon money. Kris on the other hand probably wouldn't sell without winning the show, so... Kris won.
Sorry, still catching up but I thought that was true for Alexandra and JLS too.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
maybe they arent 200ft elevations then. That hill that comes off the high street and up to jewelery quarter is quite big..bet it goes around there

Chart looks very similar to me (you have to select it on the right hand side of the webpage)...but dont let it put you off running it if you want to - just bear in mind to save enough energy for the hill at the end!0 -
