200ft is the same as 15 3-bed semis on top of each other :eek:
The monster hill I do is 300ft and I lose 2 minutes on each loop that includes it - but more importantly the second time is very bad on the legs because lactic acid builds up and you can easily get stuck in that slower pace and not speed up again - especially when tired...0 -
