    Evening!

Becky, well done on the race!

Linda, there's still tickets for tomorrow, you can buy them on the gate if you really want to go. I enjoyed today, the Zutons were fab, and the weather was fine, just a couple of mini showers, heavy spitting really. Just sat reading listening to the bands, I'm taking a chair tomorrow though, I assumed 'disabled area' meant with seats, but it didn't.

Have to say I've never got into the xfactor/idol type things. And I hate girl/boy bands! Although I did enjoy at a festival once watching some girl band get halfway through a song before they realised it was the wrong backing tape and wasn't even their song.

Got home to a letter from social services. They're arranging another assessment as the 'most expedient' way to deal with my complaint. And they're very sorry that they spelt my name wrong and wont do it again. No response to any of my actual complaints, which I think is a bit pants. Anyway, I'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

Gonna watch last weeks House now, I missed it cos of Leeds festival, I thought I'd taped it but apparantly not. Then an early night before tomorrow.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Thats even funnier! Which race is it? Is it the one Bunny was talking about? Once I have cleared the allotment for the winter I will have time to run again :T and Bea will be at school  :( so I will have time to run.

Details then I will see, but its a doable I guess

    Its this one Sally ...

The only reason I am interested in it is...a) its flat and b) the woman who used to personal train me (and is a runner) suggested I train with her to do it......so I am seriously thinking about it....but just thinking get round it...not bothered about time or anything...
