    Evening!

Becky, well done on the race!

Linda, there's still tickets for tomorrow, you can buy them on the gate if you really want to go. I enjoyed today, the Zutons were fab, and the weather was fine, just a couple of mini showers, heavy spitting really. Just sat reading listening to the bands, I'm taking a chair tomorrow though, I assumed 'disabled area' meant with seats, but it didn't.

Have to say I've never got into the xfactor/idol type things. And I hate girl/boy bands! Although I did enjoy at a festival once watching some girl band get halfway through a song before they realised it was the wrong backing tape and wasn't even their song.

Got home to a letter from social services. They're arranging another assessment as the 'most expedient' way to deal with my complaint. And they're very sorry that they spelt my name wrong and wont do it again. No response to any of my actual complaints, which I think is a bit pants. Anyway, I'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

Gonna watch last weeks House now, I missed it cos of Leeds festival, I thought I'd taped it but apparantly not. Then an early night before tomorrow.

Ames....last weeks house....:eek::eek: Shocker!! You ave been warned...

I already know about it, ex told me and I've been looking forward to it for weeks (he saw it in Italy where they were a couple of months ahead).

Is it me or is Hugh Laurie incredibly sexy? More so now than when he was younger?
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

All for you guys having a crack at a half (or another in Sally's case) but whatever their course description says Birmingham is known for being hilly...

    Its this one Sally ...

The only reason I am interested in it is...a) its flat and b) the woman who used to personal train me (and is a runner) suggested I train with her to do it......so I am seriously thinking about it....but just thinking get round it...not bothered about time or anything...

    It looks good Sammy.
So you will be training with her...I sense someone being able to give you a kick up the bum (I need one of those too).

runs off to find my training plan from Bristol

yeah she was pleased... he is a !!!!!! tho.. he came down and stood about 8 feet away... so i made a point of standing beside him and amking small talk....

he left 10 mins before the end... which is typical... but i bigged it up for erin's sake and she was pleased...

Would it have hurt him to stay another ten mins...!!!!!!....

My ex husband is in the area tonight....visiting the DD and his grandson...I kept threatening to turn up but DD not amused...:rotfl:

think Jillian Michaels and you aint too far off the truth...she lost four stone through diet and exercise, she looks fantastic and now runs her own personal training clinic...she is quite inspirational....and has a lot of patience with me....:rotfl:
