I had to empty the drum as it was 3/4 full and almost flooded the kitchen so not impressed so now at the in-laws using their machine as they are away why do these things always happen to me

Golly......., well I would certainly put in a claim for that as well hun, this just isn't on and should not be happening.
Has the water damaged anything? It's not the point though, how inconvenient this is for you, do not tell them your using families machine though, something must be done ASAP.

I do hope this goes your way now, but if not then get the trading standards involved.;)

  • My friend told me that all electrical things are now covered by a mandatory 2 year warranty under european legislation, but not alot of people know that. Not sure where you would find this in writing, but might be worth doing some investigating. I will ask him next time I see him about it and see what he says.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:

Well Currys said I have to pay for an Engineers report which will cost about £45 and then if that proves it is a machine fault they will pay for the repair and refund the report cost if not and its my fault then tough basically, my Mother-in-Law mentioned the 2 year european law and I just came on here and saw your link so think I am going to put that in their direction.

Thank you so much wish me luck :0)
