However, you can still do all they state for a fraction of the cost - usually £1 for an agreement request or £10 for a statement request

I'd fogotten about this post, I'm glad that some people have benefitted from this being flagged. Oh, and Rupert Bear I have plenty of self respect thanks, you aren't aware of the circumstances resulting in my need to take out a credit card so please hold back on your overly harsh judgement, I was trying to do people a favour by posting on this and I find your comment rude and entirely inappropriate given the very nature of this website. That's a nice welcome for a newcomer
And asking a question that is already answered no less than 3 times doesn't give a newbie the right to be daft does it....
In all seriousness, the post wasn't rude - it was more a firm response.2010 - year of the troll

No but some people ARE daft before they find MSE (not saying this poster is!) and TBF he/she was asking about a different company to any mentioned on the thread so far.
Maybe he/she wanted anyones experiences with the company he named but didn't know how/where to search for it?
Cut people some slack.0 -

Hey, i'm just saying - at the end of the day when you join the forum it does give a 'start here' direction (so to speak) and offer help, read me's, faq's etc etc - i.e. what's wrong with starting a new thread (if as you say it was a different company)?
Just saying, sometimes a sharp response is needed2010 - year of the troll
