    I've been Money Tipped!
    How long has it taken for receipt of statement to show in account details??
    First claim in, they received on Tuesday (29th) and nothing as yet.

    If you are talking about the dialaphone account details screen, cashback information is never shown on there. They usually send a text message to indicate successful claim and that you will get it in x number of days.

    Many thanks, I'm sure I read that the cashback info would be updated - 1st time with these, but know they are part of P4U so should be ok.

    I ordered a Nokia 5800 for my daughter in August on an 18 month contract with £140 automatic cashback. The Quidco £50 tracked straight away, payable in October. The automatic cashback cheque arrived as promised after 28 days. I would recommend Dialaphone to anyone.
