I also soak in soda crystals for half an hour then put them into the washing machine whan I know I am doing a hot wash.Mind you since having a Remoska my oven gloves don't get a great deal of use as I only put my big oven on when I am doing a big batch baking day.0

My mum had some. Manky things they were - to my knowledge she never washed them in 10-20 years of owning them.
For me, they're too big, I'm too clumsy. I can get/feel more control just by using tea-towels.0 -
Tea towels here too. Too much padding on oven gloves to safely grip a dish. Folded over tea towel does just fine.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

I have 2 LeCreuset gloves with magnets, they are brilliant. They get washed most weeks and I have had them years.0
