As I said in my previous post, I posted my application.
They have written to me saying that thay made a mistake and the offer should've been for 6 month, not the lifetime of the balance.
As a gesture of goodwill however they were willing to waive the charge ( max £40 per balance transfer ) should I wish to take up the 6 months offer.
I don't think I will.0 -
Just been palmed off with the same "offer" over the phone.
Told them where to stick their 6 month balance transfer.
Account closed and another customer lost.
Idiots.0
