Thanks for the update Willis, glad you got sorted in the end, my passport, with the visa in, has expired but apparently you can take the old and new passports and that is ok.
Anyhow glad you got your visa sorted and hope you enjoy your trip/s to America after all the hard work you had getting the visa !!0
