I'm sitting here eating one of those cream egg bars, it's too yummy for someone who should be on a diet :rotfl:

Toto did the cat come back?

He did, kind of. I saw him out on the other side of the estate so I grabbed him and took him home. He was all confused, he has clearly been fed stuff he doesn't get here (he's on science plan dried food at home and always has been). He keeps coming and going, I'm trying to keep him in, the trouble is Amber comes home and opens the back door so he escapes, but he seems to realise this is home with his family.

I will catch the woman one day and she will get a smack in the gob.

awww buffy, that's crap. Is it on the net at all for you to download?

Jas is moaning about having to go into school tomorrow too. She is huffing and puffing about how stupid it is to have to go in for just one day.

You made an impression on her though, she has said a few times that she wished her teachers were like my friend :) You don't make stuff sound boring at all. A compliment from a 13 year old has to be pretty special I think.

Toto you have no idea how much that means to me. Lou is right when she says I work with some prize twonks and I felt so battered at the end of last year. Thank you so much for saying that and thank Jas too! xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

I thought that too Buffy - when you were talking about your work, you sounded so sincere and passionate, and so frustrated by a system that doesn't let you bring out the best in the kids. Wish you were my kids' teacher. :)

    Well done Linda!! Go you!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

No, I am going to the Bunny warren. :D :T

Haven't made any plans to see each other again - I'm just enjoying the completely unpressurised friendship that seems to be developing and not worrying about the rest. I know we will see each other again, not sure in what capacity, but I'm happy with things how they are. He has a shed-load of my CDs and he has mentioned me taking a memory stick next time I go up there so I can raid his music collection too, so there is an intent to spend time together, just not a definite plan. I'm not worried - this is not like me at all!! :)
