I have an announcement......
I comfortably ran 12 miles for the first time EVER tonight in 2 hours 10 mins :T
no walking either!!!!!! :j:j:j

its really silly but Sky plus messed up recording Ghostwhisperer and a two other things and Mum could have recorded it at a later time but she panicked and turned the tv off. And I know its just cos I have aunt flo visiting and am tired but I had done everything in time to sit and watch tv and now I can't and so need something to take my bloody mind off horrible work tomorrow. Its all driving me mental WAHhhhhhhhhhhh!
