This is true - there is no need to blame them for just following orders - if they don't obey, they are sacked and replaced with another nodding dog.

Similarly with our troops in certain countries, they are the focus of car bombs and daily violence when it is not they, but in fact their commanders, and also politicians who call the shots - but it is the troops on the front line who face death and destruction each day, just like those poor call centre employees who have to put up with so much abuse from stupid frustrated individuals in the UK. :rolleyes:

Everyone is doing a good job a slagging tescos...mind if I ask what the benefits of the credit card are? and the clubcard plus?? which I haven't seen an application form for for years now. I thought it was discontinued.

Perhaps the ability to view credit card transactions if you also have a savings account is something which was added after I closed my savings account because I certainly have never seen any credit card transactions online. Either that or I (and some of the other posters in this thread) am not looking in the right place.

On the left of the screen is the My Accounts list of links. If I click on credit card, it just re-draws the same screen.

So, is your screen different to yours windym or am I just doing something wrong?

santana, it is a comparatively new thing, maybe only available in the last couple of years. Now, if you have a savings account, you can see all your transactions online for your credit card.

Santana, looks like the same screen and login bit. I have to say I have had this facility for years, since the credit card went online. The format has changed a couple of times but I have always been able to see my transactions. Is there somewhere you can email whilst logged in and ask what is going on?

I closed my Tesco Savings account in April 04. Perhaps the credit card transactions view for savings customers was introduced just after that. I suppose I'd better open another Tesco Savings account and see if that helps.

Just spoke to Tesco's and they said you need to have a savings account to view transactions, but hopefully by the end of may the access should be to everyone

Since the thanks button is still missing: thanks to Bossyboots, windym & goodscams for your responses yesterday.

I have applied for the savings account again so we'll see if I can get my credit card transactions online once that's setup. Also, hopefully we'll all have access to our info soon anyway if what they told goodscams actually happens.
