I am so sorry to hear this. We got broken into about 10 years ago so I know what it feels like. I am not a violent person at all but I honestly could have killed whoever burgled us. I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
Hope you slept okay and good luck with everything you have to doThe world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -
So sorry to hear this LA. We got broken into a few years ago and were totally gutted (and cleaned out) so I know exactly how you are feeling. Lets hope their sticky little fingers attach themselves to something nasty like an electric fence to teach them a lesson!
lots of love and hope to see you back soon

Thats so aweful, you really do have my sympathy.
I came face to face with a burglar on the landing a couple of years back and it really affected me.
Best of luck getting everywhere secure, don't leave us just because you need to do some essential spending - we do support for everything round here, not just clearing debts!

Keep smiling0 -
Hey LA,
I am so sorry to read your news.
I really wish there was something we could do to help? My dad used to fit burglar alarms for a living and I just wish you were nearer as he could come round and do a 'homer' (as they call it in my neck of the woods!) or for cost.
Is there anything you need? Good luck in sorting everything out. You've maybe got me motivated now to do an inventory of all our books/cds/DVDs etc - something I've always meant to do but never got round to.

Thanks again peeps. I'm not a violent person either but it does make you want to do something out of character when this happens.
I am off work today as I have go to wait for SOCO to come around (I feel like I am in "The Bill" !) so as yet I can't start clearing up.
Really am going to have to spend cash to get this sorted...will be ringing around for quotes etc today. Feel really sick today. Yesterday evening I was in practical mode - now I am starting to feel emotional, probably only natural.
Sorry to all those that have had this done to them - I feel for you too!
To those who have been lucky: I hope this never happens to you and please take some time to see how you can improve your security.
Maybe someone can start a DFW security thread!! i.e. prcikly bushes by fences lol!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

LA so sorry to read about your burglary. Apart from the loss and damage to your home. it's the fact that someone has been in and invaded your space.
Hope you get it sorted soon without too much hassle.'You can't change the past, you can only change the future' Gary Boulet.
