what age??

hi everyone

just wondering what age everyone was when they bought their first house? just curious because i am saving for a deposit at the mo and won't be able to buy until i'm 30 :rolleyes:

    23. And my ex was 23 (17 years ago). He had a graduate job on £12,000 and I was temping part time while doing a post grad, so I earned very little. We managed to get a 100% mortgage of £76,000!!!!!!

    Me 26, OH 31. Had saved more then 40% for the deposit between us and barely ate for some years to achieve this!. This was 1984.....but still tough for us youngsters getting on the property ladder. Slept on a double size lilo after we moved in for over a year, before a proper bed could be bought! :D
