i would love to see how all of you with such high morals ,would deal with your debt after losing your jobs because of the bankers greed.
if after a while you were unable to get a job paying anywhere near what you used to earn and you'd received endless threatograms demanding payment of your debts i'd bet you would start looking for ways to write off your balances as well.

I don't know of anyone that lost their job because of bankers greed.(with the possible exception of some that only had the job through bankers greed) Please can you give some examples.

How about the job losses at Norhtern Rock, RBS, HBOS and Bank of America - all derived from high up bankers and directors greed - but as usual, its the little guy that suffers.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

havent you noticed all the businesses that have gone to the wall over the last couple of years because of this recession which was started by the banking sector.

Most of these jobs would never have existed in the first place if it had not been for the banks expanding beyond their means.

So would you like to tell these people that the job they had, should never have been given and only existed because one of their managers wanted to exploit the system (and now it had all gone wrong and the sticky stuff hit the fan)

  • Firstly, thanks to never-in-doubt for the templates :)

I am quite new to this, but someone i am trying my best to help has a mastercard which i believe was taken out before 2007, it has about 4k on it, but he has been signed off by the doctor as not being able to work again to cut a long story short.

Upto now he has been paying on time, but a girl at Lloyds advised to cancel the d/d so it didnt fail etc... after doing this, you can probably guess late payment charges were added, no one knows who the girl was and deny knowledge of the call

So i am thinking is this a possible case worth trying to get written off, it was taken with a PPI, unfortunately this was cancelled last year on my bad advice to help cut monthly costs, not realising it would have now been paying it, time machine anyone?

Any advice would be much appreciated as in the process of doing a letter showing outgoings, which currently are more than the income anyway! to try and agree something with them!
