Software to unzip .rar files?

Many thanks to all - and apologies for not doing so earlier, but my desktop has blown a capacitor and I spent this morning taking it to the repair shop and discussing options. Now on the laptop (hate the keyboard though). I will try and connect this laptop to my natural keyboard tomorrow.
When I get my pc back, I will try out jZip, as it is based on 7zip and I prefer the look of the website, lol.0 -
There are numerous archivers out there that are freeware.
Tugzip, ZipGenius, IZArc, 7-zip, SimpleZip, all versions freeware.
Powerarchiver version 6 freeware, version 7 became shareware.
all of the above will unpack / unrar rar files, as well as many other types of file.
all of the above will create zip, 7-zip files, except powerarchiver 6.
I have personally tried all of the above, and for freeware would recommend 7-zip and IZarc.0
