Hmmmm Rod, Jane & Freddie spring to mind re dungarees :rotfl:

Know just what you mean about the leggings too, but they are so comfy :D

Hope you get plenty of rest with your week off, I think the weather will make me spend quite a bit of time indoors.

    Hey gwen ,

I too was rejected by his royal Richardness last year :(, he has clearly now seen the error of his ways :D.

However, I dont want to get all previous as the email merely said that my application for a card had been accepted & that I would receive said card & pin within the next 10 days ... it didnt mention a credit limit or whether my balance transfer request had been accepted :undecided.

I need to keep calm as last year I got the co op card at 0% but with a quarter of the limit I need to balance transfer, I then ended spending on the card instead & not repaying it before the 0 % ran out :wall:.

I must not make the same mistake twice :o. I am hoping that I do get the balance transfer for the Barclaycard + a bit extra for emergencies, I will then close the Barclaycard Account & still go all out to clear the debt asap & then buy shiny new laptop while still on 0%.

Failing the bit extra for emergencies, I will then wait a couple of months, apply for new Barclaycard with 0% for 15 months deal & buy a shiny new laptop & a cooker with more than one heat setting & a door handle :D.

I have to say that my thermostatically challenged cooker can still turn out some rather delicious weetabix chocolate brownies :).

Due to weather & extreme laziness we havent left the premises today, am wondering if we'll ever get a chance to plant out the potatoes :(. this does mean it was NSD2 though :D.

Have done more washing, & also started to sort out my boxes of photos. I've been delaying this for 2 years now; just couldnt face looking at pics of my mum, but now it's ok & I can remember the occasion when pics were taken without too much sadness.

Tomorrow we are out & about visiting relatives & it should therefore be NSD3 :).

Flowery dungarees don't sound too bad. I much preferred the flowery cocktail dress with basketball high top trainer boots as casual daytime wear myself which incidently was prefereable to my friend, the Brosette, who wandered around with a bandana tied over her jeans above her knee in those really short t-shirts that the wind lifted up to reveal your b00bs on an hourly basis.

Lets hope a O% deal from the evil Richard assists in reducing your DFD date and ditching the evil work from home job.

Moo - you have great style ;) I've been without a pair of converse for too long, will treat myself to apir as soon as thing enough to wear with short & not look ridiculous.

Feel bleurgh today :(. Fed up at the thought of having to do home-job this week & even more fed up at the thought of having to do it all summer :(:(.

It is becoming as difficult to get rid of as xbf was . I've realised that there will always be a reason to keep it as there will always be something that I need to buy/save up for/pay off.

It has become part of the fabric of my life & as much as I loathe & despise it, still a part of me thinks that the minute I give it up, that my current job will disappear. Granted, I no longer earn enough from it to live on or do anywhere near enough hours to qualify for tax credits, but still it is there as a kind of back up. Pathetic, I know :o.

In my mind I have a plan to work all possible extra hours at it until the end of July & then QUIT.

I would be prepared to live like a scrimpety budgety frugalist freak for the next 16 weeks in order to clear as much debt as possible.

To prove just how serious I am, I have just had my 4th NSD in a row :D.
