Botox and Cinema revelations were both 'wow'! Thought only 'Jordan' types did that! and re cinema - had no idea it was so expensive - would have thought about £5! Shows you how often I go!

Happy Days re mum and cc - the interest is a nightmare and this way, as you say, its win win :) What could be better!
    LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
    (CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    I couldn't believe either, either!

Seriously, the botox was just under £300 a jab and there were loads of them. I would love to have that amount of disposable income. But what really shocked me was the age of the girls having it: some of them were only 25! What's going to happen when they actually get old?!  And yeah, the cinema was just unreal. I normally try and get some cheap tickets or whatever, but today it just wasn't happening. I won't be going for ages again, and even then it will be on a discount day. (I think it might be a little more expensive than most cinemas, but even then that's extrapolating the urine!)

Already awake, seriously stressed about the idea of going into work. Need to get out of there as fast as possible for the sake of my sanity.

Mum gone away for a week this morning at 4 a.m., which didn't help, either (but I had to see her off).

Could do with a snooze, but will have a look for some jobs online instead.

Work wasn't as bad as I was fearing today: it was pretty quiet, and people don't seem to be getting as stressed about all the targets we have been set, which calmed me down.

The breadmaker is working on its 2nd loaf. I did a bit of food shopping this evening, made dinner, walked dog, did some washing, am about to practice nails and am trying to find where to do the courses I want to do in September.

Got my payslip today: will get paid a bit more than expected, which will come in useful (but I was expecting next to nothin as our commission has been rubbish), but I will have a very, very expensive month in September, so it probably won't touch the sides, in all honesty. *Sigh* Need to do some calculating...

*Pours a cup of tea to accompany the one she is drinking and pulls out the biscuits*

Here you go, termoil, but I'm afraid it's just digestives as we ate all the choc rolls last night. :o (I'll go shopping in a bit of you want to drop by again...:o)

Today's my day off so I sympathise about you having to go to work. (Tee hee! :D)

And yes: mum is great. She's even greater at the moment as she's away for a week meaning that I have the house to myself. Bliss! :D:D:D

Are you going to have mad 'free house' parties!

Love my mum but couldn't live with her again and if I suggested it - she would move

No mad house parties planned, but maybe some friends over for drinks.

I know the feeling: I feel the same as you, but with everything that has happened this past few years, I came back. I'll go back to the wild when I can, but for now it's a good idea for getting work experience cos there's no way I could afford to live out and work for free. And it has helped mum out as well as there's no way that everything that has gone on could have been dealt with by her on her own.

Right, onwards...must get dressed (I have been doing stuff but don't see the point in getting dressed earlier than necessary sometimes!) and get to college to enrol on the massage course for September.
