Too late! And I have white wine and chocolate on my side to confirm that this is, indeed, impossible!
I don't want to be excited, though, in case it doesn't go my way: I'm going for a pretty coveted position with a well-known company, and I'm sure that there will be many people in a similar position to me with similar qualifications. *Re-crosses fingers and hops up and down on the spot*Please call me 'Pickle'

I've been naughty and bought lunch out again today, plus a bit more for fruit etc. as I was feeling really, really grubby on the inside, like somehow I would explode if I didn't eat something healthy. Total spends £4.99 ().
Also, am getting my haircut tomorrow, which is not really good as I haven't really budgeted for it, but my hair feels so long, out of condition and downright nasty that if I don't do something with it soon, I'll just have to shave it all off and put it in the compost bin with a look of disgust upon my face. *Wrinkles nose*
Am meeting friend for brunch afterwards, which she is paying for as a thank you for reading over her French earlier on in the week. I'll probably feel guilty and offer to go halves, though, knowing me.
Have to get on with more work experience stuff, not to mention nail practice.
Also need to sort out my diet. Less rubbish, more moving etc. a necessity. Will have to figure out the plan in a bit.
Ooh, a bit spider just ran across the floor. Wonder where (s)he came from? Please call me 'Pickle'

Have some wine!
Don't know, but thankfully I rang them up and it seems that I haven't fully locked myself out, so they managed to unlock me. Normal service resumed. Phew!
And as for the wine, thanks but no thanks: I drank a bit more of it than intended last night and was a little hungover this morning. I was celebrating/commiserating the end of the assessment and consequently a bit hungover this morning. No more wine on a skool night, methinks! (Although I'm off tomorrow so I technically regard this as a 'weekend night' IYSWIM.)Please call me 'Pickle'

Had my hair cut this morning and met a friend for lunch, which she paid for. (Thanks, friend!)
Bought us 2 drinks later for £1.80, then made the mistake of going into some charity shops for a 'browse'. £1.50 on books later, and £2.99 for a crazy, large jar for making jams/pickles etc. in, I escaped.
As said on Fresian's thread 'My debt will be gone if I just stop frittering money away' (x ad infinitum).
(Still, it was a nice relaxing day, the likes of which I have not had in a while.)

(Still, it was a nice relaxing day, the likes of which I have not had in a while. )
I'm having one of those today (and it involved a haircut!)
Had a mini melt-down on Wednesday night due to work stress (I'm completely underworked and I can't raise it with my line manager as he's useless!) Never realised how boring browsing the internet and staring into space for a living could beThoughtful fiancee joined me on a communal 'sicky' on Thursday and we had a lovely relaxing day away from work and looked at possible rental flats. Still feeling v. down about work, but the time out helped.
