T-Mobile flext 35

Hi all had my flext 35 contract for inexcess of 3 years. I was under the impression that i was getting £200 allowance every month. I checked my allowance when it came through and it showed at £195. I contacted them and queried it to be told it was the VAT reduction. Now im by no means stupid, but i just cant get my head…

And if the next government raises VAT to 20%, what would you like the mobile companies to do - increase your monthly charge or reduce your minutes?

you obviously stuggle to read.
Im not getting what they say i should be getting, I.E £200 allowance.

However, whitewillow has explained this wonderfully for me.

The other point i was making, was it wouldnt be difficult for them to change the bill to say what my new allowance is.
