Well done the baking it all looks yummy. Baking is one of my guilty pleasures as I get to eat it afterwards but I agree it does make the washing pile up.
Many thanks for your tutoring on BB I won £2.50 today hurrah:beer:
Keep going with the lists it will make me feel lazy and then I will do more:D

Woo for winning on BB, I am winning sod all at the moment. I need to pick my games better!
I am so looking forward to the meet. What time are you thinking of being in Edinburgh for? I am having to remember that I can't get too p*ssed as I'm working at 4am on the Sunday morning

Continuing on with my motivational action, today I have:
- Taken my lunch and flasks to work
- Resisted withdrawing Ebay profits until people start leaving feedback/confirming receipt of goods Updated***why don't people leave feedback? I posted stuff days ago and NOTHING but no complaints either. grumblegrumblegrumble...
- Chicken with mash (slightly old tatties) and peas for tea, yummy!
- Made my PAD
- Turned off heating while Mr Fresian was preventing the zombie apocalypse on the internet - he hasn't noticed yet
- Had my go on BB for today (Won nothing.....Boo!)
- Made chocolate crispies (Yum!) Mr Fresian has done Quality Control and is very happy!
- Made tree decorations. They're a bit rubbish but not too bad for a first attempt!
So, I've done quite well today all in all. Our new freezer comes tomorrow and I'm planning on spending the weekend batch cooking to fill it up some. Also hoping to convince Best Friend to do the Tesco run on Saturday night for Whoopsies!0 -
A busy day in Fresian Towers then?! :T
The question of Ebay feedback is one I can't fathom either. I've tried leaving feedback straight away and waiting until they've left it first....sometimes it just takes time - if at all.
Good that the cash is coming though - keep up the good work0 -
I can empathise with the feedback moan. I always leave feedback why can't everyone else do the same!!! I sold some trousers a week ago and have heard nothing Grrrr :rolleyes:One step at a time0

I'm going on HOLIDAY!!!!
I've just booked us three nights at the Travelodge in York for ........ £37 :j
We're not going until the end of March so that gives me loads of time to save up some money for the hire car we will need and to look at vouchers for things to do in York. Anyone near there please leave me tips! Last time we went we only managed one night due to being skint, but it's one of my favourite places so I'm really looking forward to it
You have to pay by debit card though as they charge for credit card payments (muttermuttergrumblegrumble) so I'm taking some money from Paypal to cover it. I really want these people to leave me feedback!!

and also it would be great to have a tips list on FF way of how she gets things her way lol, best websites to join and things like that purely to see how others do things and how I might be able to try....
1. Even if you think you're getting along fine with your cash, put a SOA on the main DFW board if you have debts. They will see things you didn't even think about. I have reduced my outgoings since I started this thread because of good advice received. Click here for SOA link!
2. Snowball calculator. Use this to figure out the best way to clear debts.
3. EBAY!!! Check this thread to be amazed at the tat people will buy! Look out for free listing days and beg/borrow/steal bubble wrap from people. I also keep jiffy bags I receive things in and reuse them for Ebay.
4. Go Old Style! I did the grocery challenge on there and it's always my first point of contact for yummy recipes.
5. Join a cashback website and do all your shopping through them when you're online. Some places give you 15% cashback on your shopping depending on the merchant. It's money for nothing! I use Quidco as the layout of the Topcashback website makes me crazy, but it's personal preference. Be aware that Quidco charge £5 per year for membership.
6. Use the Grabbit and other shopping boards like your life depends on it. Always check the internet for discount codes if you're shopping too (May invalidate cashback so up to you what suits better)
7. Freebies!! My current favourites are the free books on Bangzo, Snazal and Wotnix (Links are there if you click on the site names) You only pay the postage for these and the books I have received have been great.
8. Whoopsies in supermarkets...find out when your local reduces and get used to fighting for cheap food with all the grannies :rotfl: My Morrisons is amazing just after 5pm - 20p bread etc and had Finest/similar mash for 9p before. My local Tesco at 7pm on a Saturday night is the best place to get meat. More money saved on food means more money to pay to debts/buy other things you value.
9. Batch cooking - also know as making muckle big pots of food and freezing in portions. Cheap, nutritious and easy to bung in the oven after a hard day.
10. I always say this, but the Payment A Day thread has made me pay to debts daily and I couldn't have reduced my debts as much without them!
That's all I can think of for now! Not bad to be getting along with though
