Motivation is lacking today as my debt went up last month. Only by about £40, but that's not the point dagnammit!!
It's going to go up again this month as I will be using some of my savings to pay off any Christmas spending
Still, I have a plan (I always try to have one!) to keep my motivation flowing. I used to post on the What Small Things threads, but never felt like I was doing enough. I'm thinking about just posting on here to say what I have done that could be considered to be working my way towards being Debt-Free.
So, today I have:
- Took my lunch and flasks to work
- Bought 25p coffee from the machine when my hot water ran out rather than paying 95p from the canteen :A
- Emailed Ebay buyer of 20p to confirm receipt (He's not got back to me yet)
- Resisted withdrawing Ebay profits until people start leaving feedback/confirming receipt of goods
- Made dinner using whoopsied mince (72p!) and s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d it to accommodate two unexpected dinner guests
- Joined Ciao surveys via Quidco (Anyone used them before??)
- Made my PAD
- Turned off heating earlier in the evening than normal (About 7pm)
- Got Mr Fresian to post Ebay stuff and things for Music Magpie for me
- Had my go on BB for today (Won nothing.....Boo!)
- Realised that I can take back two things that didn't fit to Primark next week, putting £30+ back on my credit card
Hope everyone else is well.
Night all
xx

Didn't win anything on BB this morning so made up for it by spending 15 minutes comping. I really must get back into the habit of doing that. If nothing else it will provide me fodder for Ebay
.
Speaking of which, £19ish from Ebay hit my account today along with my last £5 win from BB so I was able to pay £24ish to my overdraft. I now have less than £40 to find this month to pay it off completely :j

Good morning, I spotted you in the BB chat room. I didn't win anything either.
A good point about getting back to comping, I used to do quite a lot, but then had terrible internet so couldn't get comps to load etc., but need to get back to it now I've got decent internet again. I did win a few nice weekends away and a weeks Thomson al fresco holiday in France, so it was worth the time.0 -

I think that I just need to be more organised and then do more comping, hopefully winning an ITV prize of £10,000 soon :rotfl:

There are so many comps that I prioritised my time for the things I really wanted as there wasn't time to enter everything. But others go for your way and try for the ones with more prizes but they're smaller.
I think everyone wants the GMTV ones0 -
