Congrats on lovely new diary and exhausting levels of motivational energy (pop some in a jiffy bag and post here ... please :T). I'd do :j but it looks far too energetic.:o
Hehe! Looking forward to our DFW night oot!

I have just withdrawn my Ebay money (£45!) so that should be with me soon. I am leaving about £4 in there to cover fees, hopefully that will be enough.

I need to run and package everything up now - I'm trying to remember where I hid the last stash of envelopes I liberated from work....

    Shopping list for today:

    • Razor blades
    • Cough syrup
    • Shampoo
    • Black waistcoat/hat for Mr Fresian
I also need to set up a spreadsheet of spending. I'm thinking of the following categories:

Bills (Essential), Bills (Could save on), Groceries, Going Out, Other Sh*te

    It's the Other Sh*te that costs :D

Anything else I should have? I was going to have tabs for each of these and have a front page into which I input the totals to see how I'm doing against target. One spreadsheet per month until the end of the year.

Do I offset income (e.g. my Ebay sales) from the challenge amount? So many decisions!

Antics? Whatever do you mean?! :D

I love how a challenge motivates me. My kitchen is sparkly clean and the dishes are all done. Why? No idea! But I have a new challenge and therefore am productive!

We had roast chicken for dinner and the bones are on a plate waiting to be made into stock for soup tomorrow. The leftover meat is on another plate as it's going into a nice leftover dish. Woo!

    Plans for tomorrow are:

    1. Go to college with Mr Fresian to talk about getting him a last-minute place on an IT course
    2. Make soup and freeze it for future frugality
    3. Wrap and post Ebay sales (Post Office closed today)
    4. Mourn the loss of the Lovel Bag (Made £35 inc postage though!)
    5. Pray to All The Gods that the Laptop Of Purple Glory doesn't arrive tomorrow while I'm out and about...

Wooohoooo - Happy new diary F_F!

Well done with the lovely bag - made more than you though which is always good!

I'll get back to catching up with it now - 2 pages already!

Have you thought of investing in an epilator?? I got one a few weeks ago when Braun were doing a 1/3 off. Not used a razor blade or shaving gel since...hopefully it'll save me a packet!

I have loads of different columns in my spreadsheet from bills, savings, loan payments, groceries, through to wasting money (ie supermarket that I don't need), luxuries, birthdays, alcohol, takeaways/meal out. Then I know how bad I was on a certain area and can try to "beat" it next month.
